Excellent condition (especially for age), front snap has a hard time closing. Approximate modern size: 36 (via my measurements taken by hand). Please reference measurements. 100% Cotton. Buttton fly is functional.

Inseam: 26 (please note the large rise offsets the shorter inseam length)
Leg Opening: 10
