    SHIPPING
    1) Items will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days from the time of purchase. Due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes the handling time can take more time. These are used parts and some of them are still in the car. 95% of the time when a part is pulled out it works fine but other 5% of the time we have to pull another one which can take more days for us to ship your order.
    2) Please be advised that the delivery can take 3 to 5 business days depending upon the area.
    3) Shipping is free within USA for most of our items, unless stated otherwise.
    4) SHIPPING IS NOT FREE FOR INTERNATIONAL. International customers are advised to contact us before prior to purchasing the item.
    5) All applicable duties and taxes are buyer’s responsibility.
    WARRANTY, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
    6) Most parts we sell through eBay come with a 90 day warranty. "Unless stated Otherwise"
    7) If the item is arrived damaged please take instant pictures of it before opening it and send it to us. We will have it picked up and will offer you a replacement/refund. If the item is arrived damaged and you have opened it then we will charge you a re-stocking fee. So for your own security please take pictures of the items that are delivered damaged!
    8) IT IS INSISTED THAT PLEASE ASK A CERTIFIED MECHANIC TO INSTALL THE PART. Hybrid Sales-inc WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY RETURN IF THE PART IS BROKEN BY THE CUSTOMER IN ANY WAY.
    9) Labor charges are non-refundable. We can only give you a refund of the part that you have received from us and we will bear the shipping cost IF the item is faulty.
    10) If somehow you have purchased a wrong part/item. It will be your responsibility to send the part back to us. We will not entertain a free shipping under such circumstances. We can give you a full refund though IF the item is in the same condition as shipped.
    11) To return a faulty item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

    12) Most of the items shown in the pictures are for reference only. The purpose of the picture is to show our customers that whether they are purchasing the correct part or not. We cannot take pictures of every item in our inventory and upload it on eBay.
    13) Match your part numbers prior to the purchase. The buyers who are buying  Radios, ABS pumps and Bezels are advised to check their part numbers before making a purchase.
    14) Any wrong item purchased on eBay for any reason will have a re-stocking fee plus the shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.
