We offer extended warranties at a additional cost on engine, transmissions and differentials only. Please read extended warranty information below.
    Transmission Warranty:
    All transmissions and tranfer cases must be installed by a "ASE" ceritified transmission shop. New filter, proper fluids and seals must be installed. Terryville Auto Parts is not reliable for any leaks or improper installation. All fluid coolers and lines must be flushed, shift/ detent cable or linkage assemblies must be adjusted. All computer controlled transmissions must be reflashed. Torque converter must be properly installed. Customer must obtain invoices for all parts. Please contact your sales person if there are any issues before removing the transmission. "No Labor Paid"
    Engine Warranty:
    Engines are considered to consist of a short block assembly and cylinder head. Any seals, gaskets, fluids, water pump and timing belts nust be replaced to ensure warranty. Cooling system must be flushed. Overheated, altered or impropperly installed parts void warranty. Change induction & electrical systems (harness) as needed. "No Labor Paid"

    Shipping Locations:
    Shipping is available for the United States only. Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states only via
    FEDEX
    ground. No out of country shipping is available.
    We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted. Buyer pays shipping.
    Freight Items:
    We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck(i.e. engines, transmission, differentials etc.), the delivery site must be a
    commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
    We also offer for you to pick up your item at a local freight terminal or you are welcome to come to our location and pick up your item. You may request a lift gate at the time of delivery for a additional .00. This is not included in the standard shipping price.
    Commercial address:
    A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck.  Example would be the shop that's doing the work for you.  A shop operating at a residence of farm is not considered commercial unless it's licensed and operating in a commercially zoned area.  This location must have a loading dock or fork lift to take delivery.  We will not cover multiple delivery fees and lift gate fees if the location is unable to unload the truck.  If you need a lift gate please contact us before hand; lift gate service is provided at an additional cost.
    Part Inspection:
    Terryville Auto Parts is not responsible for any damage done in shipping. Any damage done must be noted and signed for by the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. All damage claims must go through the shipping company. If it is not on the B.O.L. we will not be able to refund your purchase or shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
