    These are 100 crystal clear, acid free, lignan free resealable cello envelopes, with the self adhesive strip on the lip of the bag. They measure 2 1/2" inches 7 1/8"  and are 1.6 mil thick.
    Why is it important to be ACID and LIGNIN free? They can break down the ink and paper that is being stored - making it brittle, or fading/changing the ink colors. For short term storage, you may not need an acid lignin free product. However, if you are using these envelopes for long term storage or archiving, this is important.
